Why we collect it

To prepare and deliver a technical recommendation, to respond to sample requests, and to follow up on the enquiry you submitted. We do not sell information to third parties.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for as long as necessary to support the customer relationship and to meet applicable record-keeping obligations, then deleted.

Processors

Form submissions, email delivery and website analytics may be handled by third-party processors. The published policy will name each processor and its role.

Cookies and analytics

The production website uses analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Cookie categories, retention and consent handling will be described here and controlled through the site's cookie settings.

Your rights
